How to Prepare Before Thread Lifting
Consult a doctor beforehand

and determine the number of threads needed
- Inform your doctor
about your medical history
including any drug allergies,
underlying conditions,
and current medications
- Avoid alcohol, energy drinks,
tea, and coffee
for at least 24 hours
before the procedure
- Avoid NSAIDs and blood-thinning medications
such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen,
Ponstan, and Diclofenac
for at least 1 week
before treatment
- Stop taking supplements
for at least 3–5 days
before the procedure
- Avoid skin treatments
such as waxing, scrubbing,
or using exfoliating products
